At CONTEGNO, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. We offer an extended 100-day return period in addition to any statutory consumer rights that may apply to your order.
100-Day Return Policy
- Return or exchange requests may be made within 100 days of delivery.
- For returns made under our extended 100-day policy, items should be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging where reasonably possible.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Customers purchasing online within the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at support@contegnoco.com within the applicable withdrawal period.
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
Customers may inspect the product as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary may be taken into account where permitted by law.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for standard change-of-mind returns, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, CONTEGNO will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For returns made under the statutory EU right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed within 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal. Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.
Where applicable, the refund includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered.
Additional costs resulting from a customer choosing an express or premium delivery method are not refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered, please contact us at support@contegnoco.com.
Your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected by this policy.
